I rented a car from @Enterprise O-hare in Chicago when I visited. I had to sign up to pay my tolls online. I checked my account DAILY. My tolls never registered under my plate # and dates traveled. They went directly to enterprise and billed me, resulting in a penalty from the rental car agency. Good ole Chicago Corruption

Today, scaffolding collapsed on W. 29th St. between Seventh & Eighth Aves after being accidentally struck by a box truck. According to police, three people were injured—one seriously—and transported to Bellevue Medical Center.

American conservatism just doesn’t appeal to me because I’m not scared of everything.. not scared of immigrants, crime, using public transportation, cities. I’m interested in other people and like talking to them. Even if someone is weird it doesn’t really bother me.

One good point Matt Yglesias and others make about the "trans prisoners" ad is that it arose out of an answer Harris gave to an ACLU questionnaire.
Which gives rise to the question: why was the ACLU sending out questionnaires asking for embarrassing answers from Dem candidates?
