I’ve had some bad brisket in my life (some that I’ve smoked) but today might have been the worst. Never before have I had one so underdone that it was blood red and grew in your mouth every time you chewed it. 🤢

@FoulkShay We use an outside vendor but I have six tanks for two forklifts. Have to remember to get them filled when putting last one on. Also my guy would loan me additional in season if needed

May be a silly question, but are people filling forklift propane tanks on the farm or taking it elsewhere to fill? We have been taking elsewhere for our second unit, but can be restrictive on weekends. 📸: Unzicker Forklift (gas not LP) from Morton doing work yesterday!
