After 6 emails asking me to wait for 3/4 days in each and stating will get back & looking into my concern, I recd an email stating @ICICIBank sent a letter to my address, we all know the content of the letter that I will recv. Guess I made them richer by 16123. Many congrats

@ICICIBank_Care @ICICIBank On 21st Aug I recd an email from ICICI bank regarding fraud that happened with me for 16123.59 & I had submitted the reqd documents to the bank. The email stated will get back in 49 working days. It's been 3 months today but no update. SR1003456599

#RBI... ICICI denying to give me my money back which I lost due to an online fraud that happened about 6 months back. The amount is 16123. Kindly help. Service Request number with ICICI - SR1003456599
