Dear @Jeremy_Hunt pls put in place an emergency mortgage plan for regulatory intervention that protects mortgage holders from the impact of likely sharp UK rate rises. Eg - Loosening remortgage affordability rules - Flexibility in terms - Payment holidays - Stronger forbearance

The sellers of our house were arseholes. Didn't take final meter readings, argued survey and gave us the moving date we pleaded not to have due to work. They didn't change their postal address. Have great glee in returning to sender post, including car tax and finance.

@Hellsbellsmac The national hysterical service is no more but we continue to pay for their services that we can't get access too it has failed in so many ways. I can't bear theses people that are hiding behind covid, the loss of non covid persons has far outweighed the risks & it will continue.

@AvoidFoxtons @hatefoxtons @foxtons I was supposed to move into a property and then I didn’t so Foxtons decided to put my name on the bills of that property. I found out that my account is in areas and that my credit score dropped because of it. They couldn’t care less, avoid
