@TraegerGrills Seeking escalation of reported (denied) issue. 1yr old grill spontaneously turns off. Recently overheated during use, interior burst into towering flames. Cust Svs asks if we clean grill throroughly after EVERY use?? Who does that? Owners Mnul says 'periodically.'
