@radiomukhers He’s a total inspiration. Very generous with his time too. Spent an afternoon interviewing him for The Independent quite some time ago. He even picked me up from the station. His mantra: pace, pace, pace. James Patterson’s first novel, The Thomas Berryman Number, still up there.

Seriously though. This is such a warm and generous thing to do. He’s a true gentleman.
