@RetoPaul I got myself a motorized desk from IKEA that allows me to change positions quickly and frequently. For the last year I’ve been working (writing) mostly by standing at the desk rather than sitting. Seems to help, but only for the shoulder / neck pain....

I am struggling with carpal tunnel syndrome and shoulder pain from office work. I try to work out every other day in the morning, do some stretch breaks during work and I go to a PT, but progress is undone within a day at the desk. Do others have such symptoms? Advice welcome.
