When you say people get trapped in seatbelts, you’re essentially saying because you can still get hurt, that’s why you don’t wear one… but you’re way more likely to get hurt wearing one…

@hydeehoe @indi_hartwell It's estimated half of one percent of auto crash deaths are caused by people trapped by seatbelts. Approximately 60% of auto crash deaths are unbelted occupants. Your statement is technically true but doesn't mean a product like this is a good idea.
