Today, exercising the provisions of the Constitution of India, more than two-thirds of the AAP MPs in the Rajya Sabha have merged with the BJP. Seven MPs have signed the document, which was submitted to the Hon’ble Chairman of the Rajya Sabha. I, along with two other MPs, personally handed over the signed documents.

I placed an order from “Wild Wasabi” on your platform, assuming it was associated with Wasabi by Morimoto. Immediately after placing the order, I realized the mistake and requested cancellation both via the app and by calling the restaurant directly.
Despite this, the order was delivered. The food received was in an unacceptable condition it was spoiled, had a foul smell, and was clearly not freshly prepared. This raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene. I promptly contacted your support team, not initially for a refund, but to report the issue and request that the food be taken back. During my interaction with your team, I also requested documentation related to this restaurant. I was informed that the restaurant does not have valid health and fire licenses.
This is extremely concerning. Allowing an unlicensed food outlet to operate on your platform poses a direct risk to consumer health and safety.
I request the following:
request the following:
1. Immediate investigation into “Wild Wasabi”
2. Removal/suspension of the restaurant from your platform if found non-compliant.
3. Confirmation of the licensing and verification process followed by Zomato for onboarding such outlets
If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will be compelled to escalate it to the Food Safety Department and consumer forums.
Please treat this as urgent.
