My biggest language learning hack once you get past the beginner level is to spend a lot of time reading Wikipedia articles in the language you want to learn, on a very niche subject you know a lot about in your native language.

@SarkarRohan1 @rajkapania I'm not sure I can name other movies with Double Indemnity-level dialogue! But some unusual noirs I found really interesting were the cross-genre noirs: Western noir (Bad Day at Black Rock), Gothic noir (The House on Telegraph Hill), true crime noir (Call Northside 777).

I am observing an online community where the consensus seems to be that Likes are bad. I think likes are gestures like a nod or a smile. Not a huge deal, but I really miss the, when they’re not there.
