@kimchipump Seems like the article draws the right conclusions more or less to me. The president is not legally a dictator. The constitution explicitly says that the national assembly may overrule it with a simple majority vote. Surely they know this.

What are those lines in the ocean, you ask? Ferry routes! ⛴️ Bonus map: Jeju island has basicalyl no roads that are classified as a motorway, trunk, or primary road! That might be a mistake🤔 Will have to follow up with the Korean OSM community on that one!
