finally don't have to deal with the stupid 7MB PXE limit of RouterBoot :)

CCR2004-1G-2XS-PCIe diag pin: UART Rx is 6, Tx is 7, GND is either 2/10. Setting up a reasonable BootP/TFTP stack is probably more effort than a minimum smoke test baremetal program. The SoC itself boot flow is very clean Trying to make the card actually to be a bit useful...

@dylan522p :D that was the Dragonboard 810 EVK with a open PCIe slot, just found a cheap chassis for it and put a random PCIe card on it so I can debug some SoC-specific PCIe issues (for another cursed phone)
