there's a great (5-hour!) breakdown on youtube of how he really does his tricks. short version: all the stuff he's "doing" on camera is just for show, to misdirect. he already has the information long before the moment where he is supposedly working his tricks.
so it's very likely he simply had somebody following Rogan around for awhile, and got his PIN number through regular ol' spying/stalking techniques. worst case he called in a favor from the tribe.
but what he was NOT doing, was actually doing anything special during this clipped moment from the podcast - except setting up the moment when he revealed what he'd already known for hours or days.

1. There’s literally a giant ass Holocaust Memorial smack in the middle of Boston. It’s like a whole friggin park. They have tour guides and everything.
2. The Holocaust didn’t even happen in America. The victims weren’t even American. Why TF does every city in America need *multiple* memorials/museums dedicated to this foreign historical event???
