This is unacceptable. We are suing the State Department for information on the 2024 Human Rights Reports because we refuse to accept the erasure of anyone's rights. Human rights are for all, without exception.

Unfortunately, despite decades of bipartisan reporting, the Trump administration deleted information on LGBTQI+ persons and other minorities in the State Department's 2024 Human Rights Reports and will be further weaponizing the 2025 reports to advance their anti-trans agenda.
