@jonny_raney @jkudish @internachi I've found that software is pretty personal—different inspectors like very different things. Your friend can look at the software section of nachi.org/vendor-offers for a good place to start.

@jkudish @jonny_raney @internachi There are certainly many bespoke home inspection apps, from report writing to backend management, out there. Plenty have already integrated AI. If your friend is still using a word processor, they should take some time to explore what’s out there!

@jonny_raney @internachi Admittedly not my domain of expertise, but I believe they have software as well. Their ceo @inxilpro is super technical and well known in the Laravel community so when you mentioned home inspections, it came to mind.
