Discussion by @TFoukakis: impressively similar benefit of low-dose pembro in KN522 and PLANeT- yet the latter was a small phase 2 trial, hypothesis generating rather than practice changing. MANY pending questions in the field of neoadjuvant IO for TNBC. A lot of work needed.

1 mg/kg of pembro saturates PD1. Could we give a lower dose and reduce financial tox? In the PLANeT randomized ph 2 trial, low dose pembro (50 mg for 3 Q6W doses) added to neoadjuvant ddAC-T significantly improved pCR for stage II-III TNBC (delta 13%). #ESMO25 #ESMOAmbassadors
