Finally, ATEMPT would have not been possible without the vision of @stolaney1, who designed and led the trial. I’m incredibly grateful to have had the chance of working on ATEMPT, to have the opportunity to call @stolaney1 mentor & friend, and to learn from her every day. 10/10

But can we prevent even the few recurrences seen in the trial? We conducted multiomic analyses to find an answer. In collab with @Path_AI we used ML-algorithms on HER2 slides, unveiling extensive heterogeneity in HER2 expressing patterns 👉HER2+ BC is NOT one disease! 4/10
