@apr @Mattermost The "thread" feature (also in Slack) ends up being unused or badly used if you can't really separate them. Tabs are great. I have 5 browsers with hundreds of them ;-)

One-on-one conversations on @Mattermost often derail into multiple parallel async discussions. Wouldn't it be helpful to have tabs within direct messages and channels? Personally, I find a 'tabbed' UI more intuitive than threads.
