@ATXVegasFan I really like Omelet House 50’s Diner on Desert Inn. Also Original Sunrise Cafe on Eastern (from a @Vegasfan1970 post) was very good.

Do you have a non tourist spot in Vegas that you enjoy going to when visiting? We really enjoyed The Bagel Cafe which I THINK is considered to be in Summerlin. Great food and atmosphere.

Had a great time recording last night with Adam & Jack. We got through the second half of my birthday trip report and answered some listener feedback. I'm glad the trip is over, though! We can get back to doing longer conversations about gambling and Vegas vs just reporting!

@LVREChronicles Unless it is an outlier to comps or there is some funny business going on, a contract represents the actual value that someone would pay.

They don't ALWAYS, but it's true the majority of the time they do. I believe I know the answer but curious what other people think.

@LVCabChronicles My midsize sedan was rear ended in a parking lot. The biggest cost was that it is standard (so they said) to replace the rear bumper sensors in that type of accident. Just glad I was able to get their insurance to accept responsibility.

If it's 4k to remove a bumber I'm guessing my new car is totaled. lol

@James_Tierney I can’t remember if you guys talked about the difference between short big bet sessions v long small bet sessions at tables…but what do you think is better, a session with 2 hands of $50 or one hand of $100 if time on table is the same?

@AP_Soccer_ The definition didn’t seem to indicate that you had need stripes on the back as far as I interpreted. On your post about the uniforms being similar, I think that was a tv issue, looked like there was enough contrast on field camera shots so I imagine it was fine on field.

@ismebsb The picture actually explains the stripes on the bottom of the name and number. I think retail is a different conversation than what I and others were discussing from yesterday. Also, personal opinion, the numbers on the back with full stripes doesn’t look good.

“Why doesn’t Nike just make the stripes go all the way around the kit? The white square on the back is ugly.” Probably because FIFA has rules for kits and they give a clear example of what you’re suppose to do.

@ManagerTactical What a soft penalty. VAR was to prevent travesties like what happened to us against Germany in 2002. Not to see if someone nicked a ball headed straight into the keeper’s arms.
