@ICICILombard deducted “Reasonable & Customary” charges from pharmacy and medicine bills in a cashless treatment at a network hospital. This is completely unacceptable. If medicines are covered, why such deductions? Please clarify and resolve.

@AxisBankSupport Applied for an current account, submitted a ₹ 50k cheque. Cheque got cleared and amount deducted, but now being told the account cannot be opened and to take a DD in the name of a company whose account was never opened. Is this a joke? Extremely disappointing.

@mahabank Very disappointed. My Internet Banking is blocked due to inactivity, and despite multiple attempts I’m unable to add my email ID online. Now I’m being asked to visit the branch just to unblock it. This is extremely inconvenient. Please help.

@AxisBankSupport Applied for a current account on 8 Dec. Account still not opened, cheque is cleared and amount debited. Issue raised over TAN allotment date vs incorporation date, though TAN letter clearly mentioned date of incorporation . How does allotment date even matter?

@SwiggyCares If the free delivery range is permanently 7 km, then why does it still show 10 km at other location? At my home location it’s restricted to 7 km, leaving me with no restaurant options. I need the extended delivery range at my home address as well, not just at a random place.

@SwiggyCares Paid for Swiggy One (1 yr) with 10km free delivery. Now it’s suddenly reduced to 7km at my home (where no restaurants fall in this range) 🤦‍♂️ But at a random travel location, it shows 10km. Misleading & unfair! Does Swiggy really care??

Dear @flipkartsupport My sister ordered a Rakhi for me on 2nd Aug via @Flipkart After 12 days, on 15th Aug they say “Retrying delivery by 8th Aug” 🤯. Time travel delivery service? At this rate, the Rakhi might arrive in another lifetime. 🙃
