we put up this hackathon page just to see if people were interested and there was a ton more demand we thought We now have 17 teams building AI projects, 120+ people who have said they wanted to attend, and a very sick space to host it (details on that coming soon) We've already sold the highest level sponsor slot, but have a few left for any companies interested. DM me! Particularly useful if you're a company that: 1) has an AI tool that people in the operations function would use (e.g. automated phone dialing) 2) are an AI infrastructure tool the hacking teams can use to create their projects 3) are a generalist service company that wants to get in front of healthcare/software people (e.g. you do HITRUST certification)

This is for all anesthesia trainees: No procedure in IR suite/hybrid OR is a minor procedure. If the patient needs to go to IR, something is not right. Make sure the patient is optimized and you are fully prepared to deal with adverse events.

@VinnyFrancioMD @ASPN_PainNeuro Great points. Sounds like the adage I hear from my attendings “by the time it hits the textbook, it’s out of date.” I wonder how other fields deal with the rapid pace of innovation? 2yr fellowships exist and seem enticing, but how much training is “enough”?
