I get it man, Knicks have dealt with a lot of injuries the last couple years, especially two years ago when the entire squad got hurt. That year Brunson breaks his hand in game 7. Injuries happen. We always have had to deal with injuries to Mitch, who I was told by Celtics fans was a meaningless piece of our team. You guys were a championship team when you had Porziņģis playing at an elite level. You guys have been nothing close without that kind of production. Much rather play your current team than your championship squad considering how much our bigs dominate yours now a days

Win or lose, the Celtics have taken the Knicks down to the final minute tonight in MSG without their MVP candidate in Jaylen Brown. It’s very clear who the best team in the East is and the favorite to make the NBA Finals right now.

It makes both of us. You watched the game. You guys couldn’t miss a 3 for a good portion of the 3rd and 4th and lost in the exact same manner you guys lost to the Knicks for the last two years. You guys get cold eventually when the D tightens up late game, we play clutch basketball, you guys keep jacking 3s and turning the ball over.

@j1usd @BrettSiegelNBA You guys closed the 3rd with 6 of 8 from 3. Then starting the 4th, 4/6 from 3. As I noted, should terrify the Celtics to lose a game like that since that is their model for winning and it just doesn’t seem to work against the Knicks recently.

They were 12/19 at one point in the 4th. They hit almost every shot they needed down the stretch but lost because they turned it over 6+ times and the Knicks didn’t turn it over really at all the in the 4th. When you have a substantially offense run by the best clutch player, it beets just jacking up 3s which inevitably stop going in.
