@gregberge Parents need developed in the competitive realm as much as players and coaches do. But most won’t seek it out on their own. When being coached to say this instead of that, while hoping to help your player I’ve found more constructive conversation.

@cindybristow Now there’s some words I agree with. Everybody in the game needs to be responsible for their words & actions. From the legends of the game, to us lowly volunteers. The youth side of this game needs an overhaul & if you have a fireside chat with that topic at NFCA, I’m in.

Hey JRuyle - I’m by no means trying to be reckless and I’m not lazy. In almost 95% of the cases my statement is true. I’m only stating that player’s health and development need to be the focus - not the money made or the ego with college coaches…it’s hard to make a hard truth sound anything but hard.

Gotta get this off my chest… Travelball Coaches - you’re killing your players. Especially your pitchers and catchers! Having only 2 pitchers and 1 catcher for a season, or national tournament is wrong. Most of you are good people that make selfish decisions for $$ or ego. I know I’m coming in hot but you’re killing your players. Please stop it.
