Shedeur Sanders is being added to the Pro Bowl Games roster. Sanders will replace Drake Maye, whose New England Patriots have advanced to Super Bowl LX.

@Jared_NFLDraft So is Evero calling schemes that doesn’t fit the talent on the field? At some point , Evero can’t always get a pass. There seems to be a lack of talent in his seat as well.

Great explanation. It’s simply Cover 3, missing one of the top players at their respective position, and a lack of winning pass rush at the point of attack.
It’s not “prevent defense” whatsoever. The talent excuse is, again, a valid one from this season. #Panthers

This is Cover 3, and it’s worth noting that the Panthers were among the leaders in C3 utilization in 2025. Obviously, the absence of any pass rush in this series is not part of the game plan. Carolina has struggled in that department, but this was a particularly bad series, with the Rams owning the line of scrimmage nearly every second of each snap. It’s not “prevent”, it’s C3 with Horn out of the game, and nobody breathing on the quarterback. Execution of rush was a bigger issue for me than any of the calls weird.

Carolina’s final defensive series of the season, in which Stafford patiently slices apart zone coverage. Credit to their protection, and it’s another reminder how critically important it is for Carolina to address this area prior to training camp.
EE did rush 5+ a few times here. I imagine the idea: field goal does them nothing, protecting six points is the primary mission. Don’t get anything behind you, eyes forward, rally to the ball, defend the paint—no cheap ones.
Execution is a part of this as well: credit to protection, but it’s a horrible time in the game get nowhere near the

@PanthersAnalyst I feel like this game depends more on Dave than Bryce. If he calls a game that allows Bryce to play to his strengths and not try to handcuff him , we stand a chance.
