Hello @Xbox Rewards members. A number of you have been tagging me about missing auto redeem items in the new Rewards Hub on the console. They should have started showing up for everyone now.

@jamgregory Thanks for letting us know! It was meant to be live now - and is in the US. We’ve been working through some reports like this and are getting close to having it solved. Hopefully some time next week it’ll be back for you in the new hub.

@garywal Sorry, not via the desktop - via the Xbox app. We've never had an option in the Rewards tab or via the web in the UK. Cheers!

@garywal Hey Gary 👋 Any idea when or if auto redeem is coming back? In the UK, the only option to do that was via the desktop (I believe in the US they can do it on the web). I might have an auto redeem set up, so no idea how to check or change it now the Xbox app has gone 🤷
