@GuntherEagleman I’ve worked in paper converting plants my whole adult life. Local inspectors and insurance companies are very specific and do regular inspections regarding adequate sprinkler systems. Unless this person disabled the sprinkler system, I do not understand how it burned down.

I know people will keep saying I'm overreacting or being dramatic, but this just screams "we don't care about you" at this point. A lot of people were willing to log in to get good rewards, and have stopped doing so because they've been shit. Even if the rewards get good, they likely won't come back cause the damage is done. Ubi has had every opportunity to ramp these rewards up (even changing 1 pack a day to 3 or 5), but have refused to listen to feedback. This is a masterclass of being out of touch with the community.
