As far as I know, no person or program that produces summaries considers the density of the text they start with. They just compress things by a constant (or random) amount without even trying to measure how much they're losing. Maybe there's an idea here.
I strive to make my writing unsummarizable, in the sense that it has so little fluff left in it that if you take any words out, as summaries by definition do, you lose a lot of interesting ideas.
Tons of companies, both large and small, adopt different names in different countries.
You're often building a brand from scratch in a new country, so it's just as well if the name is different. Maybe better, if it's more appealing there.
