🇺🇸 The share of the US dollar in global reserves has fallen to a historic low this century. Bloomberg analysis shows that over the 21st century, the share of the US dollar has decreased from 65% to less than 40% relative to other reserve assets. Thus, the world's central banks are gradually diversifying their reserves, preferring gold and a basket of other currencies (euro, yen, yuan) instead of the US dollar.
