@ChestRockwell68 @GopherHole We weren't on that roster as NIT was won in spring of '93. Trevor & I were on the team in fall of '93. Would agree, we took nothing from that run 😉 However, the NIT loss vs Tulane to end our 95-96 season fueled us. NIT is a great step if you want it to be. Proud of this squad!

@GopherHole John Thomas and Trevor Winter were the only players on both the 1993 and 97 rosters, so I'm not sure how much the team really took from that NIT title run into the Final Four year.

coming back from a trip to vegas makes me miss the college days of performing. funny that a lot of people don’t know my background in music making instrumentals on GarageBand v1 in 2009, ripping beat packs online, and selling instrumentals on Soundclick. mixing and mastering artists in pro tools in 2010. dropping my first mixtape in 2011 at prep school. And then eventually opening up for artists like @SammyAdams, @G_Eazy, @macklemore, @calscruby and more over the next 4-5 years. Music was a mental and creative outlet as I dealt with a ton of injuries 🏀 — but also a business outlet too. learning about content and audiences made me understand my passion for marketing and brand building. I will always recommend people in high school and college (and honestly as adults) to push yourself outside your comfort zone to other passions. The learning experiences and memories are priceless and will always be worth it. 🎶💫

@JohnCarrier42 Regardless of what you do, the move is the easy part because you take what the defense gives you and counter if they stop you. Teaching what to look for during transition (do your work early) and how to establish position (foot/body work) is most important, IMO.
