Neuroplasticity isn't just a buzzword. It means your brain physically changes based on what you consistently think, feel, and do. New habits build new pathways. New pathways create new behavior. New behavior produces new results. The system works. Are you working the system?

Your body has 7 core muscle groups. Your brain does too. Most people never stop to find out which ones are weak. Yet those weak Neuro Muscles are quietly driving your stress, decisions, focus, and behavior every single day. The moment I stopped trying to remember everything and started writing it all down, my overwhelm disappeared. The new option is to use AI to help you do this and Claude AI is doing this for me now.. GOPA is the four-step process I use to go from scattered to clear in under 30 minutes. Save this for the next time you feel overwhelmed. 🧠🙏

Does anyone else feel like their Claude usage gets drained within minutes? I feel like after a few prompts now it's completely gone... I was literally using it for less than 30 minutes and hit my limit.

@johnassaraf Procrastination is a dream killer. Don't listen to that voice. Do it anyway, no matter how you feel. It's the only way to create momentum.

Most people are waiting for permission to go all in. The brain treats uncertainty as danger. Danger triggers delay. So they wait for the perfect moment. It never comes. Permission comes the moment you decide the cost of staying where you are is greater than the risk of where you're going. That decision changes the brain. Not the other way around. What's the permission you're still waiting for?

@breakoutpattern Start simple. Pause a few times a day and ask yourself “what am I thinking and feeling right now?” That interrupt builds awareness. Then redirect to what you want to think and feel instead. Do that consistently and you begin taking control of the pattern, not reacting to it.

I've spent 30 years studying how the brain builds habits. Here is what most people never learn: Your brain is not neutral. Every thought you repeat builds a neural pathway. Every pathway you reinforce gets faster. Every fast pathway becomes your automatic response to life. This is not a metaphor. It is how your brain physically works. The brain is being conditioned right now. By your environment. By your patterns. By what you allow to repeat. The only question is whether you are doing it on purpose. The moment you understand that, everything shifts. Not because it gets easy. Because it becomes a real choice.

@degryse_davy That’s a powerful way to put it 🙌 Most people are living out patterns they never chose. The shift happens when you become aware and start training those patterns on purpose. That’s where real change begins.

Most people try to change their life without changing what runs in the background. The thoughts you don't question become the habits you don't notice become the results you can't explain. The conditioning was always happening. The only variable is whether you chose it or inherited it from someone who never questioned it either.

Your brain has a default network. It runs in the background 24/7– generating thoughts, reinforcing beliefs, and filtering what you notice in the world. Most people don't train it. They react to whatever it produces. That's not a discipline problem. That's a training problem. The Default Mode Network shapes your self-image, your beliefs, and your sense of identity. Train it deliberately. Or it trains you by default. What does your morning mental routine look like? ↓

If you are a small business owner stuck in the same revenue range year after year... The problem is not your marketing. It is not your strategy. It is the hidden patterns wired into your brain that fire the moment bold action is needed. Self-doubt. Fear. Uncertainty that turns into inaction. Patterns can be rewired. I am going to show you exactly how on Tuesday. Free masterclass. Reserve your seat below: links.myneurogym.com/eliminate-subc…

@degryse_davy That’s it 🙌 most people think it’s about doing more, but it’s really about deciding who’s in control. Win that first part of the day and everything else follows.

@johnassaraf "Before the world gets a vote" — that's the frame most people miss. The morning isn't about productivity. It's about deciding who's running the day before anyone else gets the chance.

The first two hours of my day belong to me. No phone. No email. No news. I meditate, review my goals, train, and fuel my body before the world gets a vote on how I feel or what I focus on. I have done this for 30 years. Not because I am disciplined. Because I know what happens to my brain when I skip it. You do not rise to your goals. Your brain defaults to whatever pattern ran last. What does your morning routine look like? Let me know in the comments.

@denis_acia Exactly 💯 if you don’t take control of your morning, your brain defaults to reacting instead of creating. Set the tone early and you stay in charge of your focus and your results.

Nobody talks about the real reason businesses plateau in 2026. It's not the economy. It's not the algorithm. It's not your offer. It's the subconscious patterns running beneath every decision you make. I'm hosting a live masterclass Tuesday, 3/31, to show you exactly how to eliminate them and use AI to create unstoppable business success this year. I've coached over 92,000 people across my career. And the pattern I see most in business owners who plateau has nothing to do with their strategy. It's self-doubt quietly canceling decisions they know they should be making. Fear of failure disguising itself as careful thinking. Uncertainty makes the next right move feel riskier than staying stuck. These are not character flaws. They are subconscious neural patterns. And with AI reshaping business at a pace most owners can't keep up with right now, these patterns are costing more than they ever have. Join me Tuesday, 3/3,1 for a free live masterclass where I show you exactly how to break them. Reserve your seat below 🧠 links.myneurogym.com/eliminate-subc…

Most people think discipline fails because they lack willpower. The brain tells a different story. Every decision you make costs your brain something. That cost accumulates throughout the day. The highest performers I've studied don't rely on discipline alone. They design their environment so the right choice is already made. Fewer decisions. Better results.
