It looks like he put his finger in a socket, and I am sure he could have gotten shocked, but he is wearing rubber/plastic soled shoes, and he is standing on a carpet. There is likely some underlying pathology here. 120 is very dangerous if you latch on to it, and you are well grounded, and it crosses your heart. Reaching a finger into a bulb socket usually does not do that. Plus, he does not move; his eyes don't move, he shows none of the indications of a shock that I've always seen, which would be for the arm muscles to contract, and to jerk your hand away from the socket. I am not suggesting that this video rules out electrocution, because we cannot know for sure, but either he is extremely sensitive for some reason, or this video just seems very off. If his face had not hit the ground, which it does... (Pratt falls don't do that.) I might think it was fake.
