Dirty Dew is officially out NOW! Get out and grab some some of this indulgent goodness before Utah drinks it all first! Dirty Mountain Dew is naturally and artificially flavored. #DirtyDew #MountainDew #dirtysoda

@brooksrunning thank you for the opportunity to test the new Catspaw. (Picture attached)Here are a couple of quick impressions: 1. Although it works well on the road, it’s best on a cross country course. 2. Equally good for relaxing or quick dashes, not so much for long runs.

Macron has a point. Next to the chaotic US, Europe is looking like a really attractive place. It’s stable, rules-based, sensible, good quality of life, hosts the world’s leading science programme…

French President Macron: “Europe is an extremely attractive continent. For months I’ve been saying this, and thanks to our American friends, I now have an unprecedented selling point: We are predictable.”

In effect, Trump has acknowledged that he has lost HIS war against Iran: 1. He says he is considering “winding down” his war against Iran. 2. Claiming that the American military is “getting very close” to meeting its objectives (=the opposite). 3. He does not want a ceasefire between the US, Israel and Iran (because he cannot get it). 4. The US has stopped sanctions against Iranian oil stranded at sea (=acknowledgement of US failure). 5. Trump asks others to open the Strait of Hormuz (= he has failed). Conclusion: Total Trump failure. Stop this nonsense asap! ft.com/content/5c38c4…

"Is Newsom having us believe that he’s the Democratic version of JD Vance? Not exactly. Unlike Vance, Newsom didn’t grow up in hardscrabble Appalachia. San Francisco and neighboring Marin County were his nesting grounds." @billwhalenCA reviews Young Man in a Hurry #WeekendBeacon

@ThePapaLinks Yeah a great half (errr “20km” 😂) has more physiologically in common with a 10km than a marathon imo. Your half performances can demonstrate marathon potential in a lot of ways though.

Running a great half marathon doesn’t mean you’ll run a great Marathon, there are more differences between those two events than people generally think. The name itself does it an injustice.
