@saks Why does it say "Premier" on my Saks First card? Does that designate me as a second-class citizen not worthy of customer support? Boo, Saks. Nobody should sign up for this card - there are no humans to help.
@saks Your "Saks First" card customer service is abominable. Fourth call. An hour on hold every time. No call back. Incorrect charge, no way to correct. For shame! Nobody should sign up for this card, there are no humans there to help!
