🚨NEW: This morning, @RepYoungKim and @RepLiccardo unveiled the bipartisan PACE Act to create a national payments license for fintechs and crypto companies. The bipartisan bill would let regulated state depository institutions and credit unions that conduct money transmission be regulated under a new optional framework overseen by the @USOCC. This bill would permit these institutions to access Federal Reserve payment services, aligning with Federal Reserve Governor Christopher Waller’s “skinny master accounts” concept, which @krakenfx gained access to earlier this year. The bill also gives the Federal Reserve Board, and not the individual Reserve Banks, final decision-making authority over skinny master account applications. It also looks to reduce costs for consumers, who often end up paying fees passed down layers of banks just to access ACH. “We can reduce the burden of bank fees borne by too many American families by enabling broader access to innovative payment systems that deliver cheaper, faster, more reliable service,” said @RepLiccardo. “I’m proud to partner with Young Kim on this bipartisan PACE Act, to modernize our payment system for the benefit of millions of cash-strapped Americans.”

While Christians are being slaughtered in Syria and Lebanon by Muslims, the Christian population in Israel thrives unlike elsewhere in the Middle East. Israel is the only country in the region that the Christian population and standard of living is growing. Israel is the only place in the Middle East that adheres to freedom of worship for all. Here is the FBI document President Trump re-declassified this term. It was secretly and retroactively re-classified by Obama's crony Lisa Monaco and John Brennan's crony Avril Haines during Obama's third term. It was raided from President Trump's home, Mar-a-Lago. Why is it so important? The document shows that John Brennan's and Jim Comey's operative Stefan Halper started the FBI investigation of President Trump on a false pretenses. Halper falsely testified as part of the FBI's Crossfire Hurricane investigation that he personally witnessed me leaving a dinner at Cambridge University with President Trump's National Security Advisor General Flynn, alone, that we had an affair and that I was a Russian spy. Halper's co-conspirator, British spy Christopher Steele, repeated the lie to make it sound true. This lie was needed to create the "smoke" of Trump-Russia collusion, with the goal of removing President Trump. Everyone knew the story was a complete lie. I am a respected, published British academic, have a husband, am a mother, was pregnant at the time of the false report, and have never been alone in a room with General Flynn, let alone had an affair. Comey knew it, Brennan knew it, the FBI files say so. But they had to continue with this outlandish lie, because that's all they had to try and remove President Trump by saying he represented threat to National Security by appointing a Russian intelligence asset into a top national security position. I exposed their big lie about President Trump. I knew the story was completely manufactured, and publicly said so, despite threats and intimidation. Further, I was told by journalists about the existence of this FBI document in 2017 and I fought for years to have it released. President Trump found, declassified and released it during the last week of his first administration. It showed that their whole Trump-Russia collusion was built on an outlandish lie. That's why the Obama-Brennan-Comey people raided to hide this document, and charged President Trump under the Espionage Act for possessing it and releasing it.

Per an email shared with me by an employee at a small Wilmington-based bank, circulated by leadership this week on behalf of @NCBankers, the current compromise stablecoin yield text “does not accomplish the goal” of mitigating deposit flight to stablecoins. It then encourages employees to call Tillis’s office using the following pre-written message: “The CLARITY (sic) Act must include an airtight prohibition on payments for stablecoins acting as a store of value by clearly barring any interest or yield-like payments tied to the holding, retention, or balance of payment stablecoins — without carve-outs that can be met through nominal activity or loyalty programs.” The email adds that employees don’t need to answer questions or defend their positions. “Simply state your message and you’ll be thanked for your call. It’s that easy.” The development tracks with recent reports that banks are growing increasingly restless with the current stablecoin yield compromise and are making a last-minute push for changes.
