If the UK is reluctant to enter the war, that's understandable. But it should confiscate property bought by regime leaders in Britain: assets stolen from Iran's people by some of the worst criminals on earth. Shut down all regime-linked organizations too. It should have done this years ago.

Green Party candidate Hannah Spencer is making a determined and highly visible push to win over Muslim voters in the Gorton and Denton by-election. In our conversation today, she firmly defended Muslim women’s right to wear the hijab and the burqa, describing attempts to stigmatise Islamic dress as unacceptable. She delivered a scathing rebuke of Reform UK, condemning what she characterised as its divisive rhetoric and Islamophobia. She also voiced strong support for Palestine and criticised Labour for failing to call out the Israeli genocide. The Green Party may still have much to learn about fully understanding the Muslim community and its needs. But on this occasion, Spencer is clearly making a concerted effort and that deserves recognition. Muslim voters plainly have a credible option in this by-election. Labour is simply no longer an option!

When @Glinner landed at Heathrow, he was met by five armed police officers, and immediately arrested. His ‘crime’? Three gender-critical tweets. As Graham says in his Substack: “In a country where paedophiles escape sentencing, where knife crime is out of control, where women are assaulted and harassed every time they gather to speak, the state had mobilised five armed officers to arrest a comedy writer”. Graham’s single bail condition is that he does not go on X. We do not believe Graham’s arrest or the bail conditions imposed were lawful. We will be backing him all the way in his fight against these preposterous allegations and the disproportionate response from the police.
