@TLRailUK The north side of the station is not helpful if you are on the south side of the river. Where can I make a formal complaint about this? How is it acceptable to just leave your stations inaccessible indefinitely for people who can’t use stairs?

@jonplackett Hi, I've just spoken to Blackfriars Station and unfortunately there isn't an ETA currently for this getting fixed. The lifts at the North Side of the station are currently working, providing step free access to all platforms. ^Wiktor

@TLRailUK the lifts at Blackfriars station have been out of order for 3 months. They now have a metal ‘out of order’ sign. Have you completely given up on fixing them? This is a ridiculous amount of time to have out of order lifts.
