Big admin law decision in Yatar. SCC holds statutory appeal rights do not reflect legislative intent to eliminate JR for issues outside the scope of that right; thus, it's an error to refuse to consider JRs on the basis of a limited appeal right : scc-csc.lexum.com/scc-csc/scc-cs… #cdnlaw
