This mock had me saying wtf at the end of it. But it made me think. Putting playmakers around Mendoza can only be beneficial. Two of the most explosive players in this draft between Hurst and Bell changes the entire outlook of the Raiders offense. Adding Price to spell Jeanty is huge too imo

@JesseSBSN @The_Coach_A They were going to play with Wilkins last year and couldn't. They're still missing that piece. Butler probably won't be there in 2027, so I wouldn't be surprised if they drafted a DT with the second pick. Not a NT, obviously.

If the #raiders ask Maxx to operate from a outside linebackers position this year he will fail. He does not possess covering defense on players and is not close enough to get to the qb from that position. He was born to be a DE and a DE only. His recent injuries has me doubling down in this statement.

@oakland627 I see them adding a short yardage specialist more than a speed guy. They'll need another RB2 as a backup, preferably a vet. Let's see what they do with Laube or if he ends up being in the final roster

Jeanty- starter Vet like Harris as the backup. Possible starter in case of injury (starter traits) Day 3 RB (more of a 3rd down guy w/ speed to kill) Plan would make all the sense. #RaiderNation

I’d also add, there’s plenty of T in the NFL with 33 3/4 arms or shorter including Sewell. It’s a concern sure but Bain does a phenomenal job limiting his arm length issue and if it’s truly closer to 32 as it seems to be just off anything you see, no way concerned in general with him. You don’t move the way he does, and have the violence and speed to power and not be successful. We’ve fallen into this trap of arm length dictates all

This is where scouting goes wrong. Bain isn't going up against Diego Pounds - who ever that is? Probably a future nobody- he's going to go up against the elite OTs in the NFL with longer arms like Trent Williams, Joe Alt, Penei Sewell, Tristan Wirfs, etc...
