Masing masing center bukannya saling kerjasama, malah sibuk bangun cara caranya sendiri, walaupun didepan terlihat ada kerjasama, dibelakang tetep aja sih ada primordialisme dan dissensio dari tiap tiap kubu.

Not to mention masalah sentimen dan rasa takut tersaingi oleh junior pada dokter konsulen terutama yg di daerah. Rekomendasi kolegium ditahan, dibikin ga bisa praktek, ga direfer pasien, dsb. Kita tau, tapi kita diam, tanya kenapa?

Termasuk pendidikan dokter yang masih “konvensional”. ga ada PG Year, ga ada sistem matching di residensi, ga ada short fellowship antar departemen, hospital based vs university based, sistem NIDN yg ga integrate sama Rumah Sakit, no (or low) salary for resident doctors, dsb

Udah banyak contohnya, bullying di residensi, gagal manajemen covid (kalo ada yg bilang berhasil, you guys should check the data from another countries), pemerataan dokter spesialis, dualisme kolegium kedokteran, desentralisasi izin praktek, upaya penahanan ijazah dokter, dsb

Kedokteran dan kesehatan di indonesia ga akan pernah maju kalo stagnansi kepentingan sekelompok orang lebih di prioritasin dari hulu ke hilir mau di bidang pendidikan maupun rumah sakit. Dan korbannya adalah banyak orang termasuk mungkin orang tua kalian sendiri nantinya

@EM_RESUS I agree to you that STEMI criteria is very traditional, most cardiologist and EM recognize the first ECG as a STEMI, only by seeing subtle ST Elevation on I & AvL anda widespread ST depression on resiprocal leads.
