GPT Codexはコーディング能力が一発目は高いんだが時間が掛かりすぎるので結局Claudeに戻る。ちなみにGeminiで修正かけると普通にぶっ壊してくる。コーディング以外の用途がいいと思う。Geminiは高応答のFlashと対話する以外使ってない。

@kotsubu7521 最初は介護タクシーがいいと思います。普通タクシーの倍くらい、医療機材によってはもっとしますが、その運転手さんや移動中の手技を見て、次回以降やれそうだと感じたらタクシーか、いっそ福祉車両買うとかする人が多い印象です。(小さい病院の社会福祉士より)

退院の日はやっぱり介護タクシーがいいのかな？？ 今後月一の病院も介護タクシーがいいのかな？ わからないことばかりで… 病院もあまり詳しく教えてくれない… まあこれから教えてくれるのかな多分。
