@chrashwood @mehmanbunyadov @IainWil92988866 @CzerwinsMarcin I did some enzymatic remodelling at Ludger. Sometimes the fucosyltransferase can put on a fucose in both linkages. There’s no pressing need to separate the two forms because the product is sold primarily as a standard for monosaccharide analysis (my guess)

Interesting paper on visualizing single glycan molecules in today’s issue of Science. The glycopeptide shown is sold by Ludger as a mixture of alpha 3 and alpha6 fucosylated forms. I guess this is an enzymatically remodeled egg yolk glycopeptide.
