I don't get where Trump got "birdbrain" as an insult for Haley. His insult names usually have some connection to people's perception of the person: "low energy Jeb," "DeSanctimonious," "Lyin' Ted." But "birdbrain" feels like a generic, and not that convincing, label for Haley.
