@Postmates my order never showed up. When I submitted a ticket. This is the ridiculously horrible response I got. This is some of the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. - Are you guys going to do anything to make this right?

@AirCanada Deleted and DM-ed - but the sentiment stands - I filed the case 8 days ago). I still haven't heard back yet. This is absolutely ridiculous. What is your customer SLAs? This is not the way to support your customers.

@AirCanada I had a very poor customer experience at the Toronto Pearson International Airport yesterday. I submitted a complaint and have not heard back yet. I don't plan on flying with Air Canada unless this is resolved.
