Function cannot be understood without geometry. The RV’s shape dictates wall stress, fibre orientation, and mechanical efficiency. By quantifying RV shape, we gain a comprehensive view of RV mechanics as a 3D phenomenon, bridging structural, functional, and clinical dimensions.
