A vegan or vegetarian diet is deficient in so many nutrients… saturated fats, collagen proteins, vitamin K2, vitamin B12, DHA/EPA… all vital to human health. Plant based diets at the very least do not slow down ageing and more than likely greatly accelerate the ageing process.
