I won't write specific names, but everyone knows that there are "handlers" or "controllers" on the inside whose jobs are to do just that. It's shameful and disgusting and basically prevents all of the great people appointed to their respectful roles, including our champion lawyer @SecKennedy , from doing what they were appointed to do. I entirely get @RWMaloneMD 's decision to walk away - it's the most powerful move one could make, and it sends a message to those controllers that is very clear: you will not control me, and I will not stay in 'building' that is collapsing by design. It also frees him (and anyone else who goes independent) from the surly bonds of potential COIs so that he can put his precious time and energy into projects and positions that will actually bear fruit that will flourish, as opposed to rotting in a barrel. Life is short, and it should be lovely. @JillGMalonePhD Smart move, in my opinion. We need people to assert their independence, and to live freely, in more ways than one. All you have to do is look to @React19org to understand how much good you can do if you do not answer to handlers and simply decide to get things done your way. (Not that anyone chose this life of fighting tyrants while suffering vaccine injury, but this what we have.) ❤️
