Traumatic #GSW injury to leg. Vascular control. Repair artery with reversed #GSV. Followed by venous reconstruction, with vein thrombectomy (open) with gentle teasing out of clot with manual pressure distally to help push clot out. Patch vein. Fasciotomy(4)
