It’s out! We use internal tags to illuminate SARS-CoV-2 Envelope (E), report its interactome by BioID, find viral sequences and cellular factors controlling ER-export and Golgi-to-lysosome traffic and show E deacidifys lysosomes to aid viral replication. science.org/doi/10.1126/sc…
