I live in Canada. I expect to talk to a person who speaks English when talking to customer service. Press 1 for English Press 2 for French I never get an English speaking person.

Canada is quickly losing any good will from the American people. Once viewed as a nice neighbor to the north, Americans are seeing Canadians as a nation of petulant children that are willing to burn every bridge when they don't get a pony for Christmas. Shape up Canada.

If people read Trump's book and listen to his advisors, some of them Canadian. His goal isn't your sovereignty, it's unifying the two economies, which would be the best thing that could possibly happen to Canada. Premier Smith spent a week in January at Mar-a-Lago - probably discussing separation and how to quickly make that happen. Getting Carney the PM position to worsen conditions is probably part of that. His extremist views antithetical to the economies of the west may bring in Saskatchewan and BC as well.
