@djt73 @UKRunChat @LondonMarathon You can definitely do it. I just did the Brighton Marathon on Sunday and I spoke to 2 people who had only trained to 13 miles and they got round. Just pace yourself well from the start, smile and enjoy the atmosphere☺️

@UKRunChat What would you do? My training has been awful and just been ill for a couple days with a virus. I haven’t ran further than a half marathon this year but have my place for @LondonMarathon with less than 2 weeks to go, help? Can’t defer either! 😱
